Walk-In Clinic Hours

Please note: There has been a change to our walk-in clinic procedure.

• Patients may continue to check in at 4:30pm; clinic starts at 5:00 PM.
• Patients are not guaranteed to be seen in order of arrival; the doctor may choose to triage based on medical needs.
• The doctor may limit the number of patients seen depending on volume.
• The doctor has discretion over completing forms; some may need to be referred to your primary care physician.
• Charges may apply for form completion.
• Inform the receptionist at check-in if you need any forms filled out.
